Yes, all our energy-saving products have these and other certificates based on technical and engineering tests and examinations from local and international laboratories, in addition to certificates of conformity to Saudi and Gulf specifications and standards. Please see the certificates .
Q: What is the warranty for energy saving devices?
Two-year warranty. The warranty is voided if the original purchase invoice is not presented, the device is damaged as a result of operating it outside its intended use, or any modifications or work is performed without prior approval. After two years, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new device, spare parts, inspection, and installation.
Q: How do I choose the right model?

Before supplying and installing the energy saving device, a copy of the site’s electricity bills for the previous 6 months must be submitted.

Our engineers study the invoices, conduct a survey, and measure the actual electricity consumption of the site.

After the survey and measurement process, the type and model of the device appropriate for the site is determined and selected.

After selecting the device, we provide a price quote for the device to be supplied and installed on site.

After the quote is approved, the invoice information, survey and consumption measurements are sent to the factory.

The device is manufactured and programmed according to the site information and delivered within two weeks.
